it is taking me forever to compose this.

new haircut today, finally. the last time i cut it was last march, so there was 11 inches to donate. it's been 90 degrees all weekend, which is awesome.

quarterly hospital physician retreat meeting. yes, they feed me dinner and i'm having my first glass of wine in over a year (dude, they overfilled my glass so it's prolly more like two...) and not much really applies to psych. as usual.
